These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fuselit's website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"), provided by Fuselit LLC ("Fuselit", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including those of your jurisdiction and the brokerage's.
2. What Fuselit is — and is not
Fuselit is a software tool that lets you configure and run automated trading strategies through a connected brokerage account (currently Alpaca). Fuselit is not:
- A broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary.
- A source of investment, financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice.
- A custodian of your funds or securities — these are held by your brokerage, not by us.
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, your strategy configurations, and the outcomes they produce. Please read our Risk Disclosure before using the Service.
3. Brokerage connection
To run real or paper trades you connect your own Alpaca account by providing API keys. Your relationship with Alpaca is governed by Alpaca's own terms and disclosures, which you accept directly with them. Fuselit only acts on instructions you have configured through the Service. We are not responsible for outages, errors, fills, slippage, fees, taxes, or other matters arising from your brokerage.
4. Demo account
The optional Fuselit demo connects you to a shared paper-trading account. The demo is for product evaluation only. No real orders are placed and no real funds are at risk. Demo data may be reset at any time and should not be relied upon for any analysis or decision.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, including market-abuse, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and securities laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Some features require a paid subscription. Plans, prices, and features are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Where required by law you may be entitled to a refund or pro-rata adjustment.
- You are responsible for any taxes payable in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Fuselit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your strategy configurations, notes, and other content you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that strategies will be profitable, that orders will execute as intended, that data will be accurate, or that the Service will be free from errors, interruptions, or security incidents. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuselit and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, trading losses, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Fuselit in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or damages; in those jurisdictions the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fuselit harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your strategy configurations, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if continued provision is unlawful, or for any other reasonable cause, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms over time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced in the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fuselit is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and Fuselit regarding the Service.
- Severability — if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver — our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction.
